GAPZ Return & Refund Policy
At GAPZ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy — meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
No refunds.
GAPZ does not provide cash or credit card refunds once a purchase has been made.

Note for Customers in Vietnam
This return policy applies primarily to customers in Vietnam, where GAPZ is based.
All return shipping costs and handling fees for domestic returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
