GAPZ Return & Refund Policy
At GAPZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a 30-day return policy — meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange/return.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
· Keep the item in its original condition as when you received it.
· Never used, never washed, never worn.
· Original tags and packaging are still available.
· Have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Defective Products & Incorrect Delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately for assistance and resolution.
Cases where returns/exchanges are not allowed
Some products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
· Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
· Custom or personalized items available upon request.
· Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene products)
· Flammable substances, hazardous substances, compressed gases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted items , sale items, or gift cards .
Exchange Product
The quickest way to exchange a product:
Please return the current product. After your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Right to Withdraw 14 Days (EU)
If your order is being shipped to the European Union , you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason.
The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
GAPZ does not offer refunds.
We do not offer cash refunds or credit card refunds after the order has been paid for.
